Software Engineer
2021 – Current | London, UK

Since I joined the Traffic team as a full-stack software engineer, I’ve worked on building frontend features and backend services to increase organic traffic into Yelp’s webpages. Being the top of the funnel in driving the company’s user growth, the Traffic team is equipped with the goal to boost organic traffic into Yelp, including both desktop and mobile pages.

Software Engineer
2019 – 2020 | Pittsburgh, PA

I worked under the AVMaps team for Uber's self-driving car division. I focused on implementing web tools that enable geo-specialists to overlay 3D vector features on maps and evidence images (such as satellite images and heat maps). Specific tools include components such as a street-level panorama panel using camera images taken by the in-vehicle cameras, a traffic light labeling tool to collect data for triangulation, a verifications panel, and UX improvements in geospatial editing.

During my internship, I designed and implemented map production tools for geographic specialists, such as the street-level panorama panel using camera images taken by the in-vehicle cameras and the traffic light labeling tool to collect data for triangulation.
